Electronic Services:

You can access your account electronically through the following:

Mobile Banking – Deposit checks, pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, check your balance and view transactions from your smart phone or tablet. Download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Online banking enrollment is required to use mobile banking.

Online/Home Banking –you can pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, check your balance and view transactions from your laptop or PC. You can even easily update your account information or apply for a loan by clicking “Loan Apps & More”.  You can log into your account directly from our homepage.

Allpoint ATM network – you can access up $1,000 per day* in cash at any of over 55,000 Allpoint ATMs across the globe in addition to our own ATMs. Find an Allpoint ATM near you. *Individual ATM limits may apply.  You may need to do mulitple transactions to get the full amount.

Telephone Banking – you can check your balance, make loan payments, transfer funds between accounts and have a cashier’s check sent to your home. Call 800-822-6875 and choose option 1.

If you encounter difficulties with any of these electronic services, staff members are available to help at 800-822-6875, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. Please note, other VA facility phone numbers you are accustomed to calling will not be answered while the branches are closed. These numbers cannot be answered remotely.  Please be prepared for extended wait times as we expect higher than normal call volume. In addition to our digital and electronic services listed above we also participate in a network of over 5,000 shared branches, some of which may be open when our offices are closed.
